A Promise Never Broken was a metalcore band from Jacksonville in Florida. The band is now known as Convalesce.
xA Promise Never Brokenx was formed in February 2006 by five friends in Puerto Rico and later moved to Jacksonville Florida.
Disturbed at the hate and violence prevalent in many bands lyrics, A Promise Never Broken tried to present a more positive point of view towards life.
The band started off with tunes similar in sound with As I Lay Dying, It Dies Today and Destroy The Runner.
