As Clarity Falls is a metalcore/post-hardcore band from Bordeaux, France, formed in 2010 with vocalist Fabien Cerenys, guitarists Matthieu “Kirby” Kerbérénès and Nicolas Gadrat, bassist and backing vocalist Helio Mastrorelli and drummer Boris Larzul.
Their first song, “Between Hope & Oblivion” was released on January 22, 2011, on their Myspace profile. In May 2011, Boris left As Clarity Falls. The band recruited Pierre-Jean Paoli from Last Walk to fill in his spot in the studio. Shortly after, he became their official drummer. On May 28, 2011, the band released a new single, “Call of Leviathan”.
As Clarity Falls parted ways with Fabien in June 2011 and started looking for a new vocalist. In April 2012, the band revealed their new screamer Chris Hope Laurent. Matthieu took the clean vocal duties, while still playing guitar for the band. With
