Assalt 43 is a Spanish metalcore / hardcore punk band from Barcelona in Catalonia, formed in 2004.

The bassist Albert G. and the drummer Josep G. left his old band “Skizoss”. They decided to form an own music band with his friends. They were a bassist and a drummer, but the rest of the band, 2 guitars and a singer, weren’t chosen at the moment. They started searching for a while. The bassist was calling to some friends until he called Laura, a childhood friend, and immediately, she was in the band as the lead singer. Albert continued with the search in his high school and he found a guitarist, Valverde, who wanted to play in a band, he accepted to be the lead guitarist, and he found the other member, Alex, who wanted to be a member too, the Solo guitar.
