BEHIND THE SUN are an Israeli progressive alternative metal act formed in 2005 by bassist Dan Levy, Guitarist/ vocalist Aaron Liebner, lead vocalist Gad Erez and drummer Saar Gur. They´ve since been joined by second guitarist Yoram Allouche. The band play alternative rock/ progressive metal not far removed from the sound of a band like Tool.
Behind The Sun released their self-titled debut full-length studio album in June 2009.
