Formed in 2001, BENIGN has outlasted the shelf life of most bands by constantly outdoing themselves. Their eclectic style has always been based at the heavy end of the metal spectrum, while always allowing for catchy hooks, driving rhythms, and myriad genre and classical influences. Perhaps the Northwest's best kept secret, BENIGN has been a DIY powerhouse in the region, playing all over the Northwestern US and the West Coast and supporting both national and international acts, and they don't plan on stopping anytime soon!
