Brendon Small's Galaktikon, or just Galaktikon and sometimes credited as simply Brendon Small, is a metal project led by its namesake and also featuring Gene Hoglan (drums) and Bryan Beller (bass), all three also involved with the Dethklok project. The self-titled debut album was released in 2012, primarily with a heavy metal style.
When the project released its second album II: Become the Storm in 2017, they'd switched to a melodic death metal based style. This is due to the second album being originally intended as a Dethklok album, but Adult Swim held the rights and refused Small and co permission to release the album under the name.
