Drifting Breed was a metalcore / thrash metal band from Paris in France, formed in 2001.
Previously the band had been known as No Way Out, formed in 1999.

Founded upon the ashes of No Way Out, a metal band that had been existing since late 1999, Drifting Breed really took shape in May 2003 when Jonathan became the new drummer (though the name Drifting Breed had been found in 2001). It was the very moment when the Parisian combo (Paris and suburbs, to be more precise) refined their musical orientation and let their current style come to them, as they had been maturing it for months.
