We are Guilty As Charged! Formed in Belgium, in 2008. Four musicians, Jan De Vuyssere on guitar and vocals and Heinz on bass started out. They found a great drummer, Matthew who played in many bands before. Dempsey Derous is the man that brings you the shredding solo’s, to complete the band.
We bring heavy metal, with thrash riffs. In 2009 we decided to record a mini CD. The disc was presented in O.C. De Kleine Beer in Beernem. Lots of enthusiastic fans enjoyed the show, we sold out all of our merchandise and fucked them up good that night!
We played cool shows with some great bands like Pro-Pain and Stormrider. Later on came Helloween and Death Angel on Alcatraz Metal Festival and in 2012 we performed at Masters @ Rock with Soulfly & Channel Zero. We play shows on a regular basis in Belgium, but we played in Germany
