Nostoi is a heavy metal band from Brazil. Formed in 2006, the band underwent several personnel changes on the way to releasing their debut EP, The Vulture, in 2011. In 2012, Nostoi released their debut full-length, RailRoad(s).
Nostoi describe their music as; “intense and diverse … heavy metal and pure rock'n roll. Influenced by good old rock and roll and its numerous varieties, Nostoi songs always surprise the audience with the seemingly unlikely marriage of styles, like hard rock, gothic metal, heavy metal, among others. The mash is made with such a care and dedication that it works: there is no way out of a Nostoi gig without at least one of his riffs stuck on your mind.”
