Solid Spectrum is a project that was formed in mid-2007 and took shape in the beginning of 2008, after finding a stable lineup. Since then, invitations emerged in order to perform some concerts. Efforts were made, through the early days, to find a balance of ideas, in order to make the sound coherent and characteristic. Once the initial difficulties were overcome, in 2010 the conditions were gathered to record the first studio work, that allowed to obtain some experience to start thinking about the next record.
The year of 2010 was marked by the process of recording the first EP, entitled "Spiritual and Carnal", recorded and produced by Guilhermino Martins at "Blind and Lost Studios", and also by a change in the formation. The guitar player José Lima found himself forced to abandon
