Sors Immanis is a melodic black metal band from Thionville in Lorraine. Founded in 2008 by Sargatanas (guitars, backing vocals), he was joined in December 2009 by Aries (guitars) and Nicko (bass). In April 2010, Mark joined the band as a singer, and was replaced in September by Thulsa Doom. In July 2013, Namathia joined the band as keyboardist. The band is still looking for a drummer to complete the line-up.
The first demo of the band " Vitae Nostrum Est...", was released on October 8, 2011. A full length release is currently being worked on.
Live, the band has shared the stage with bands like Cirith Gorgor, Maniac Butcher, Gronibard, Numen, Handful of Hate, Bliss of Flesh, Malevolentia and Embryonic Cells.
