Yeah I understand the wish not to be put into a box, but you do awknowledge that fans of death/black rather than people who usually wouldn�t listen to that type of music are your main target group right? In that respect I think it makes good sense to give a hint of the sound so that your main target group pay attention

Well "genre"thing is something to be hated. Mostly because it might end up to be judged before it reaches the ear. :)
But of course we could say that it's Death / Black Metal sounding material.
