i would actualy want one or two memeber of teams which is similar to goth and trad metal or hard rock to go to spotify and listen to atleast two or three albums by Thule. I don't want to sound like i am pushing an evaluation but atleast listen to the band in question as im sure they should be on MMA as they fit into more then one fold of heavy metal music, but i will not take such a rash desition based on a band which is so varied  and not outrigth easy to categorise, the prog part is pretty clear, but they have a heavy sound which is fitted to be in this site

i have listend to three or albums and find enough songs to qualify them as hard rock with borderlines to trad metal but also close releation to goth rock/metal , combined with all albums they are a heavy hard rock/prog band with metalesqueness, on all albums i have heard,

to same extent Saga is here or King Crimson is here Thule should be here, as they ae actualy more influentual then you would think, don't look futher then to Agalloch to find atleast one band who calls them one influence

From the samples youve provided Im not in doubt that they would fit into the goth metal sub.

Unless Dan (Stooge) objects (and I dont think he will), I think you should add them to goth.

You are welcome to copy/paste the one from PA (Max has said, that he is alright with that). Just remove any references there might be to PA other than the credits to whoever wrote the bio.
