On the Metalhammer forums, they have this idea of a music club, like a book club.
Each week a member from a predetermined order (alphabetical, post count, whatever) of the forum members selects an album which they like that isn't all that well known for everybody else who wants to participate to listen to and coment on, they make a little thread with a brief summary and the album artwork and the others listen to it and comment on it. Anybody here interested in doing that idea here ? (Additional optional rules : no compilations, real band only-not your own bands or your friend's bands.) |

I like the idea, but I wouldn�t be able to do it each week. Once a month would be more realistic for me. There�s of course the issue that not all members of the "club" would be able to legally find and listen to the album. I guess spotify and other services like that are really helpful in that regard though.
