And now I'll stop being a smart ass and vote... Appetite For Destruction of course! It was basically the soundtrack of my teenage life pre-thrash. Empire wasn't as good as Operation: Mindcrime and Alice In Chains has always been plain boring.

Never heard of Appetite Of Destruction. Is it similar to Appetite For Destruction, the Guns n Roses album which sold millions and millions of copies?

Although these albums aren't hugely comparable, Dirt is of course my pick. If I had to go for a Gn'R album it would be Use Your Illusion II.

its mostly becouse AiC is glam ----> dirty grunge/sludge, GnR has a dirty sound -------> towards glam and Empire is Queensryche embracing glamy and dirty sounds with their progy sound (Empire is more "dirty" then Operation Mindcrime)

I wouldn't really compare these three albums, they all have completely different sounds. I'll vote Dirt, that's my favorite out of these three.
