Probably because I didn't pick one of Black Sabbath's debut, Paranoid, or Master of Reality. It still is kind of surprising though.

One of my favourite Sabbath albums but I prefer later Budgie releases over their debut so Sabbath get my vote.

Vol 4 is my least favorite early Sabbath album and the debut by Budgie is my favorite by them so BUDGIE!

It's been a while since I've heard Volume 4. I've heard Budgie more recently and liked it though it's not my favourite of their early releases. I do think I prefer them as a band though.

Thought it would be fun to pit some classic heavy metal bands and albums against one another, and see who ends up coming out on top.
