Calling Cannibal Corpse meat-and-potatoes and getting Carcass very wrong put me off. And he seems to be worried about violence. WTF???

I think he makes some good choices, though I would switch around and add some things. I would replace Carcass' Heartwork with Necroticism instead, and I would of course add an Obituary and Atheist album in there.
Overall I think it's a pretty good list for getting someone into death metal.

Music critic Anthony Fantano made a video wherein he names a few metal records he believes would be good for people wanting to get into death metal. Do you think these are good choices? Other thoughts?
