I have never listened to a full length album from Electric Wizard, so I can't vote. 

Love Candlemass though :)

Candlemass for me. although I like Electric Wizard they're a bit one dimensional and I can only take so much of that fuzzy guitar sound.

Both are classics in each of their doom metal subgenre. Personally I prefer Dopethrone.

I'm going to have to go with Candlemass, though I would have easily picked Electric Wizard had it been Come My Fanatics.

Doom metal is a massive genre, with all of its different regional scenes and subgenres. One can get very deep inside, and oftentimes, one will forget about the classics... But the classics are classics for a reason! Bang on, metalheads!
