I've never been that into Nevermore, but love the first two Sanctuary albums. Into the Mirror Black has a slight edge on Refuge Denied for me.

Fave Sanctuary would be Into the Mirror Black, fave Nevermore would be Dead Heart in a Dead World.

I thought about that one too, but ended up voting Politics.

I have one, and I can't remember which one it is, but it's good.

Plenty of great albums there but This Godless Endeavor gets my vote.

I haven't heard every Nevermore album but I lean toward Sanctuary as the better act. For them it's very close between the first two albums but I have to say I'm fondest of the debut. I will have to re-spin both sometime this weekend in tribute to Warrel.

Thought it would be a fitting time to make this poll. While gone too soon, Warrel Dane left us with an amazing discography of two defining US power/thrash bands. Vote your favorite.
While I love many of these, Nevermore's self-titled debut will always be my favorite. It just brings the most emotion in me, especially with Dane's vocal performance. "What Tomorrow Knows" is one of the best songs ever written.
