Also Downfall of Gaia is an atmospheric black/sludge metal act. They were more sludge on their older releases, more black metal based these days. Again, not sure if you're looking for more atmospheric types or not. They've also released some more crust punk based work.

Most of what I've heard that combines these sounds errs more on the black metal side. I think at least some of Entropia may qualify, though might be more atmospheric than you're looking for Colin.
