Surely not the "best", but favourite? Love Dirty Deeds.

It was a match between Highway to Hell and Back in Black, but it's gotta be Back in Black.

Not really a fan of them, but Back in Black is pretty good so that gets my vote!

Let There Be Rock is a great album - the title track is an amazing epic. The video that the band made is fantastic too - Bon Scott's expressions and gestures are priceless!

I went for Let There Be Rock
We only had Dirty Deeds released in Canada after the death of Bon Scott and the release of Back In Black Edited by Sean Trane - 02 Oct 2010 at 1:31am |

I think that at the last AC/DC albums ( from the "Razor's Edge" and then) Brian sings like a choked cat.
But even so he is a better singer than many other. |

Highway to Hell.
However good Johnson is/was, he was never Bon Scott.
Back in Black is a blinding album, though, and only 2nd place by the tiniest fraction.

Well "Back In Black" and "Highway To Hell" are my favourites but I give my vote to "For Those..." because for the same titled song and because was my first AC/DC album (vinyl of course).

AC/DC were one of my absolute favorite bands when I was younger, and they still are, although my listening to them is less obsessive these days. My first AC/DC record I bought myself was "Dirty Deeds...", so that's my favorite for sentimental reasons (my parents gave me "Flick of the Switch" on cassette tape before that, though).

Tough call, but since I haven't listened to AC/DC in a long time, this thread has made me want to listen to Highway To Hell.

Oh well I guess Back in Black is the ultimate classic and its also the album by the band with most "hits" and fewest fillers IMO.
