I've never been a fan of either, like with Scorpions I mostly only enjoy their first couple more prog albums. With W.A.S.P. I haven't heard enough but I do love 'The Headless Children' Smile

I really like both bands, but W.A.S.P. gets my vote. The Headless Children is a masterpiece, but they have no shortage of great albums. Scorpions is great too, they have a lot more weak moments in their discography though.

Easily Scorpions for me.  Some of their stuff is cheesy, but I really like their stuff from the mid to late 70s.  I haven't heard anything from WASP that I like that much.

I like both bands. Early Scorpions definately the best but Wasp has some highly addictive albums as well

Can't compare those 2 bands, both in different genre. 
By the way W.A.S.P doesn't stand for deadly sting ;) it stands for White Anglo Saxon Protestants.

I would probably agree with that assessment.  W.A.S.P. have a more edgy metal sound than the Scorpions.

I have yet to listen to more than a couple of tracks by each, so sadly I can´t vote, but I suspect that W.A.S.P. would probably suit my tastes better han Scorpions.
