For a while now I've been looking into getting a really good speaker system type thing for my room so I don't always have my headphones in. I've bee looking at some on the cheaper side and was wondering if any other people have good speakers or just know a lot about speakers. Also I figured it would be a good discussion since us metal people love to blast our music

I use a pair of Microlab Solo 7 for some time now (about 4 years or so), but I'm thinking of buying myself soon some ELAC (those will require a good amp too for maxed potential)

If you mainly listening to Rock and Metal best would probably be JBL or Klipsch if you are on the budget.
What amplifier are you using?

My computer speakers are these:
 These really suck, although I do have a speaker system running off a CD player in my bedroom, but I can't remember what those are. They're definitely better than the JUSTer ones.
