Yeah, it's not an easy find at 'normal' price range.
My copy was purchased through CD and LP, which looks like quite a good marketplace for more obscure releases. It's definitely worth checking every now and then to see what's turned up. http://www.cdandlp.com/en/

I've picked up quite a few low price bargains in the last few days. Some used, some new. The only one so far that cost more than £5 was the Wodensthrone album. That was £5.53. I've bought 10 albums total for a price of £38.22
