Here's the 2003 albums I could think of, vote your favorite. Feel free to say your favorite/s if not in the list. Like with the last poll, I kind of cheated with Sleep's Dopesmoker as it was recorded earlier. I know nobody will be voting for St. Anger, but thought I may as well include it in the poll.

My favorite 2003 album is here, so that's great: Epica (the Kamelot album, not the band in this case.) I also like Dance of Death, Train of Thought, and Killbox 13 quite a bit.
Favorites not in the poll: Human Fortress - Defenders of the Crown Galloglass - Legends from Now and Forevermore Grave Digger - Rheingold Dark Moor - S/T Voayger - Element V Coheed and Cambria - In Secrets of Silent Earth III Dimmu Borgir - Deathcult Armageddon Evergrey - Recreation Day Brainstorm - Soul Temptation

While many great albums are in this list, I'm going to have to go with Primus which was one hell of a comeback. A Perfect Circle, Kamelot, Dream Theater, Anthrax, and Godsmack all closely follow though.

I do actually like Tribe, but it isn't one of my favorites. I just put in all the albums I can think of.

not my favorite either, but I think it's better than Q2k and better than anything that came after btw - no Riverside, no OSI? Those were amazing debuts. Edited by LittleBig - 18 Feb 2016 at 2:19am |

It´s between Katatonia and Nevermore for me, but I´ve voted Katatonia, since "Viva Emptiness" is probably my favorite Katatonia album.

What a mediocre year...
From that list I guess Nevermore (which is their second worst, still good though) followed by Killing Joke, Prong and Primus. My metal favorites are missing (what else is new?) :P I put some great fucking songs in the links. Lost Horizon - A Flame to the Ground Beneath - Alternatively go straight to this: WOAH-OH-OH-AH-AH-AH-AAAA-HA-AH-AH-AH!! All are great albums but no 10/10 in sight, with the possible exception of Tad Morose.
