I'm liking the Opeth DVD. I'm working my way through it pretty slowly as I pretty much limit my music DVD viewing to when I'm on the exercise bike these days. Their performance of Blackwater Park is great, and the documentary is interesting. I was expecting more of the sale old thing for the documentary, but this one focuses on touring and the fans more than talking about themselves and their music. I haven't watched the second part of the concert yet. |

I was really lucky in my local vinyl shop - they'd just bought a huge collection (2,500) from a rabid rock fan who had a fairly decent metal selection (for a rock fan!), in almost mint condition.
My selection;
Accept - Accept
Accept - Restless and Wild
Alcatrazz - Disturbing The Peace (the 1985 LP with Steve Vai on lead guitar)
Anvil - Stop Me (UK only EP, autographed)
Anvil - Forged in Fire
Raven - Rock Until you Drop (1st press on Neat with all fan club inserts and stuff)
Vardis - The World's Insane
ZZ Top - Fandango

I found the below releases for 40 Danish kr. a piece. That�s roughly $7,5 per album. And they are new. In Denmark that�s a pretty good price for new albums. New albums in Denmark usually cost around $20 - $25.

Yeah I�ve been on a real buying spree lately. I�ve purchased around 40 new albums in the last month or so. But now I�m broke and will have to wait a while until I purchase anything again. After all my children still have to eat

^It�s not more than a couple of weeks ago I purchased Nightfall too. I�ve had that one on an old worn cassette for many years and decided it was time to purchase the real thing. Well I actually purchased both the debut and Ancient Dreams too.
