'Legal Drama' isn't a genre that typically attracts me, but I'm glad to have seen this one. An easy five stars for me.

Obviously pales next to Chinatown, but a solid sequel.

A masterpiece IMO.

Aquaman  2018

PLOT: Arthur Curry learns that he is the heir to the underwater kingdom of Atlantis, and must step forward to lead his people and be a hero to the world...more

I really loved this movie. I watched it with my family and we had fun. It is a bit on the long side so we took a 10 minute break but we both think that the special effects were awesome. 9/10

So creepy. Reminded me a lot of Silence Of The Lambs.

Very compelling but I did also find it difficult to follow at times.

Yeah I guess there are similar features although Silene of The Lambs is an even darker and more disturbing movie. This is one is definitely creepy too though. Especially the opening scene and the closing finale. Hedwig and Barry bring a bit of humour and a "ligher" mood to "Split" IMO.

I´m still not completely sold, although but this one and the predecessor are very well made movies. I probably just enjoy the Harry Potter movies more.

Hitchcock's first American film is a gem. There's a sinister vibe that almost makes it a horror movie.

The movie was slow, Building an ominous atmosphere ending in dread. The closing seconds of the movie were so powerful and quite franktly filled me with terror, that I´m not sure I have the nerves to Watch it Again. And that´s just the apolalypse part of the movie. Then there´s the theme of depression, which is also extremely painful to Watch.

I liked Superman when I was a child, but he was never my favorite superhero, but this movie is damn entertaining:

Not too bad, but very misleadingly sold and marketed: The DVD cover for example bears a burning cross with a skull in it. Looks really evil. Absolutely nothing like that in the movie. Just a religious cult that decides to commit mass suicide rather than be discovered by the outside world (after they willingly let a team of documentary film makers in). Actually the more I think about this movie the more stupid it becomes, which is pretty bad since it's made in reference to a real life event.

Not too bad either, quite different to the first one rather than a rehash.

I actually enjoyed this one the most out of the main trilogy.

Satisfying enough end to the series, having stuck with it all the way through. The earlier movies were better though.

I know this is rated as one of the best film noir's but I can't help rating it slightly lower than the ones I watched previously as it took quite a good chunk of the movie before I felt fully invested in it. I may come to rate it higher after a re-watch sometime.

Another decent noir, styled as a whodunit.

Brilliant noir gangster movie. Quite gritty for a 1940s release.

B-Grade Hitchcock. Still pretty solid.

Excellent British era Hitchcock.

Poster has the US title on it. It's actually Young and Innocent by Hitchcock. A slightly lesser 1930s entry in his filmography. Picture quality on Prime seemed a bit worse on this one.
