 Surprisingly solid for a shark movie that isn't Jaws. A bit predictable sure and the posters for the movie blow the size of the Meg out of proportion completely, but this was entertaining throughout and they damn sure nailed the tension in the key scenes. RYM's complete denial that this has anything to do with the thriller genre just shows how key of that crowd have actually seen or at least paid attention to the movie. Just real edge of your seat stuff here. I had zero expectations of this and was thoroughly engrossed.

I liked it

 Not brilliant but entertaining comedy.  Another crap horror movie. Will I ever learn?  Very good movie. Could have been more laugh out loud funny, but I enjoyed it.
