I only know the tracks that are featured on the 'lost highway' OST, and some of their big hits. I am not a fan and probably never will be.

Geez , talk about Sophie's Choice! Most of the albums listed I have heard, and are in their own ways completely awesome. However, I did go with Reise Reise purely based on the fact that Moscau and Amerika are on there - 2 of my absolute faves. Sehnsucht would have to be a very close second tho.

the first was the best... herzelied has some majorly kick-ass headbanging riffs. sehnsucht is about equally good, but i find a steady decline in quality starting with mutter and continuing thru the rest of their albums.

... i take that back! Live Aus Berlin is surely their best album cuz it contains all the best songs from their two best albums... mostly in better, heavier versions than their album counterparts. The dvd is very entertaining as well... they are a live band first and foremost, and that's how their music is best enjoyed.

This one's hard but I'm gonna go with Mutter, although I feel like Sehnsucht has to get a mention as well since these two are some of my all time favorites.
