I decided to give the new QR album a chance despite all the bad reviews it got. I already have a promo copy of Symphony X, but that was the 9-track version, so I bought the 2 disc version.

What version is Mass in B Minor? It's got to be one of my favourite Bach pieces.

Went back to the Princeton CD store today and bought ten CDs.  Pics will be up when I get back to my home computer (my grandma's house has a Mac with no SD card slots).

Oh, jeez, I don't think I've bought anything since... Agalloch's Marrow... actually

ACTUALLY

I don't remember when exactly I got these but the last albums I remember getting are Sculptured's Embodiment (FINALLY), the Oak Folk compilation, Ludicra's "The Tenant" and a split my friend was a part of entitled "Halcyon Dawn"

I want to say there's another but I can't remember

edit: I bought a few LPs from 4th and charles a couple months back too. not metal, but

Grateful Dead - Europe '72
Tangerine Dream - Stratosfear and Phaedra

And again, I know there's one more but I just can't recall. And since I went back to November initially, I may as well include  the Burzum LPs [burzum/aske, det som, hvis lyset] that I got myself for christmas. :P

The local library had a major sell out of their CD collection and I managed to find 67 metal CDs at only 10 kr. each. Thats a crazy bargain. 10 kr. is at the moment $1.90. I got albums like Panopticon by Isis, Frozen in Time by Obituary, about 6 Entombed albums, Some Napalm Death albums and a lot of other stuff. I have some of them already, but my brother loves it when I give him metal CDs for his birthsday and for Christmas so no problem there. A really good day at the libraryHeadbanger

Nice!! Smile

My local library is pretty good for jazz albums and has a decent rock selection.  Metal is pretty much non-existent.  If they ever decide to sell their albums, I'll be first in line for their John Zorn. Big smile

Geez, where do you find places like that?  I would be lucky to find out my record stores are selling Tool or Meshuggah records around here. Confused  I can never seem to find a band that's not super well-known around here, let alone at such a bargain.
