Except from Meshuggah, you should check Tesseract, Vildhjarta, Textures, Monuments, Periphery, Veil of Maya and After the burial. You can visit the got-djent site for more exploration.
Inexistence is the true normality.

To be honest, apart from Meshuggah, I can't stand any of these mentioned above. The only djent band I like (apart from Meshuggah which I adore) is Xerath. Their second album is very, very good. You can also check worC, quite good amidjent (blend of djent and ambient), available for free http://www.metalmusicarchives.com/worc.aspx?ac=worc. His main band, Uneven Structure, plays something similar.

EDIT: Damn, I forgot about CloudkickerErmm First album better than the second one IMO.

Thanks guys! And that site, got-djent, it's really a great reference to the "genre".
Ummmmmm... I am delaying the download of Cloudckicker for ages, I think finally the time to give a chance to Ben Sharp!

Listen to Tyrant of death (black metal) and Katatura (death metal). Not fucking metalcore vocals there.

I second the Clodkicker recommendation, his stuff is mind-blowing

STAY AWAY from Decapitated's Carnival is Forever.  If my review is of any indication, it's very amateurish.

Katatura seems to be very nice judging by the samples on their website: http://www.katatura.com/

Carnival is Forever is not a djent album, it's a tech death with some djent leanings, but they're secondary. And in my opinion it's not a bad album at all

Yes, their EP sounds like a mix of Chaosphere (Meshuggah) and Catch 33 (Meshuggah as well) so it's not very original in my opinion. Their debut album is something more interesting but also more in the vein of bands like Tesseract and other uninspired mathcore acts

Its somewhat a departure from their death metal past, but its still unmistakably the sound of Decapitated (there are no one else who writes riffs like Vogg). I like some of their earlier releases better, but I dont think the album is all bad. My review: http://www.metalmusicarchives.com/carnival-is-forever--review.aspx?id=253283

For me, that EP was quite good. Yes, Catch 33 comes to mind, because the first release of Uneven is also only one song divided by pieces.

I'm surprised more of you haven't been eating Vildhjarta up.

I'm not buying the "ambidjent" idea though.  These guys are about as ambient on their album as Meshuggah was on Catch Thirtythree.

Hey guys! I'd like to recommend some brand new metal! It's actually my own Band's music if you guys don't mind. It's a fat mix of 8-string proggyness rounded up with aggressive synthesizers! Here's links to our websites:

Enjoy fellas! Take care!

Chimp Spanner is also a pretty good djent act - like Animals As Leaders, Chimp Spanner is an instrumental act.

The new The Empire Must Fall EP is also something that you might be interested in. It's djent-infused metalcore, and I suspect that their next release will be even more djenty.
