The blood comes in a small bladder lodged between the pieces of gauze and becomes a projectile liquid when you try to get at your tape... Nah, seriously, that's just the picture I nabbed from the labels website, not sure if it is blood, tho' there are stains on paper lift out. The album is 'themed' around Japanese torture films so...
