   Does anybody here play the drums ?

I want to buy a rack, but I cant decide if it is actually worth spending two hundred odd quid just to position things better. 

I mean, I can't set everything up as perfectly as I'd like and that's a pain, but is it a 200 quid pain ?

...and more importantly, how good even is a rack, maybe positioning is still not ideal ?
