 Outbreak (1995) It was alright. Pretty cliched disaster movie, but it had some really cool bits and the acting was solid across the board. |

Form and content-wise all his movies are impeccable - interesting plots, twists and metaphysical themes are great and executed perfectly. However, the problem I have with his movies is that they lack in artistic values. They're like beautifully designed, sophisticated products, not works of art. Nolan is the king of craftsmen. I think a good example to support my argument would be "The Skin I live in" by Almodovar. It's a movie based on a plot so twisted that even Nolan wouldn't be ashamed of it. The difference between the two directors is that Almodovar has created not only an intriguing but also a deeply moving film. So, to the point - I think "Prestige" is the most artistic movie by Nolan and that's why it's my favourite
