Not exactly what I expected, but Clint proves he's still got it with this one.

A kid's film but I don't see how anyone who has ever had a pet, especially a dog or cat, couldn't find something to appreciate in this film.

Haven't seen the original Swedish film or read the books, but I really enjoyed this.

Always avoided this before because I assumed it was just a standard dance film (not my cup of tea at all). How very wrong I was.

^ I find them about on the same level to be honest, with the slight edge to the Swedish because it actually has the sequels... the English 'series' is skipping ahead to The Girl in the Spider's Web now, which they're calling a sequel to English Dragon Tattoo, yet has replaced the cast completely.

^Maybe it´s because I watched the Swedish version first. The English version just feels so wrong after watching the original IMO.

And the director...I mainly watched this because of him (David Fincher). He's directed several of my favourite films. Seven is a masterpiece. I have the Swedish trilogy lined up on Netflix and will certainly watch them sooner rather than later.

Solid psychological sci-fi horror, though I felt that the plot could have been fleshed out a little more.

Very atypical western told mostly in reverse until the final act. I'd call it underrated except that I really disliked the ending.

Quite likely the weirdest of the Eastwood westerns.
