This Netflix horror film seemed greatly anticipated but I found it average at best with little given by way of explanation for the supernatural events.

I wasn't sure about this one at first but it won me over come the finish. A solid post-apocalyptic film.

This one went the opposite way to Oblivion for me. It was a good film most of the way through but this one really lost me with the ending, which left what appeared to be the main plot of the film completely unresolved. It's the kind of ending that actually makes me hate the whole movie.

I like the newer HBO series better but this is solid origins for that series.

Weird like pretty much everything by Aronofsky I've seen. I feel like I might have enjoyed this more but was distracted while watching it so I know I didn't take it in as well as I could have done.

I´m not sure I found it weird, but it was certainly both sad, disgusting, and unpleasant. Probably depicts well the life of drug addicts. Daily humiliations, pain, depression, and for some mutilation and the end of their lives.

One of the better found footage movies I've seen.

Top tier western. Quite gritty for a 50's western I thought.

Entertaining vampire mockumentary.

My first true film noir (having seen a fair number neo-noir movies). I liked it a lot.

Hitchcock's final film isn't a classic, but still pretty entertaining. Though the scene where the car has been sabotaged and the way the woman acts was so ridiculous it was funny in a really bad way.

Hitchcock's 'different' film. An amusing black comedy mystery.

This is the first Hitchcock film I haven't overly cared for. I found it difficult to follow sometimes and it didn't help that the Amazon Prime upload has some severe film deterioration. Still I'm glad I watched this first version before seeing his later one with James Stewart.

Good drama.

Not top tier Hitchcock but enjoyable.

Pretty shocking historical film. The whole motel sequence is horrifying.

Not as bad as some make it out to be, but not great either. An average western movie.

Short but excellent 1940s western with Henry Fonda.

Entertaining, but I wasn´t too thrilled:

Apparently this was Hitchcock's personal favourite of his own films. It's a slow burn, but I loved it.

Good John Ford western. John Wayne is top billed but in many ways Henry Fonda is the true lead with Wayne only starting to feel like the protagonist in the second half.

An okay horror - the story is pretty basic and the lead isn't a character I felt much sympathy for. But it's got Carach Angren's music featured in it, so there's that.

Too over the top sometimes, but entertaining action neo-western antics.
