How ya doin? I'm Matt and I'm from New Jersey in the United States. I'm obviously into metal - mostly progressive metal but I can definitely talk tech death, thrash, melodeath and even some non metal music (progressive rock, classical, old school rap, jazz fusion, etc.) as well. Became aware of this forum through Heavy Metal Haven, and those of you from that forum probably are aware of me. So...yeah.

Yes, the origin of my user name is the In Flames song. I started using it a few years ago and its stuck, my friends find it appropriate for me seeing as"Jotun" means "giant" in Nordic mythology, and I am a fairly large person (6' 2'' and 200 lbs, or 188cm and 90 kg for metric users), so its stuck.
