   Hey, can any of you guys think what this video might be ?

'a video that contained a famous person either 
actor or former criminal also topless ladies riding a bucking bronco set
 in a club/pub/gambling den and a chap outrunning cracking roads and 
pavements by either running himself and using busses. i'm sure 'London' 
was somewhere in the title of the song and the year of release on scuzz 
was in the decade 2000-2010 but somewhere in the middle of the decade I 
think so sorry I can't be more use on this but thats all i can remember 
thanks for help in advance'

Someone asked it on another forum, bu no one there knew. Ring any bells here ?
