Only have two albums - the self titled with the amazing 'Bird's Lament' (among other great pieces) and 'Moondog II' which I didn't enjoy so much. What else would you recommend, Jonas?

I dont know anything about him. I just read a couple of reviews and thought he sounded like an interesting character. I understand his music is called "Third Stream" which is a mix of classical music and jazz?

Yep, 3rd stream is definitely that mix, and he fits it most of the time, though some of his stuff is more chamber-music influenced, and some of his stuff can be quiet bare. But often the music he came up with is really, really rewarding.

Especially the self titled one I mentioned above, the classical-style pieces on it are great and the other pieces quite distinctive. he invented a percussion instrument too. This one was featured on The Big Lebowski
