Norwegian prog black giants versus the Swedish prog death titans. Both started out with little prog elements in their music, but have since evolved, creating longer songs with much more progressive songwriting, and adding acoustic guitars and clean vocals.

It�s hard for me to chose...I guess I�ll go with Opeth on this one even though Enslaved are also one of my favorite acts.

Huge fan of both, but Opeth is the band that got me into extreme metal with albums like Still Life and Blackwater Park. Tough for me to vote against them in anything!
