Dark Tranquillity's new one!!! WooOOWooWWoWWoW

Seriously good stuff. Again, I'm feeling like MMA as a whole just isn't that into Dark Tranquillity...sad...

For me, yes. Deconstruct is definitely a different sound than those classic albums, but it's a freaking masterpiece in my opinion. I liked Void, too, but I agree that it's not their best work. The new one captures that Goth side of them that you get from Projector, but it's heavier. Stanne's vocals are freaking pristine (both growls and clean) and the #1 thing I love about the album is how heavy it is without very much emphasis on guitars. It's like the whole band is heavy and atmospheric without using chugging guitars as a crutch.

Different, but as good as those insanely good DT albums...great stuff!
