Hey Guys!
My band, Within a Reverie, recently finished up our debut album. When pressed for a genre, we call it "progressive hard rock" or just "rock." So, I'm not sure if it qualifies for MMA, but it's heavy most of the time, involves technical skill, and the lyrics are certainly influenced by my metal roots. Anyway, if you'd like to review it, I'd be eternally grateful (even if you don't like it)! I may have posted this elsewhere before, but the most metal tracks are as follows:
1. Romance, Meet Real 3. Wish Away 4. The Dawn of Dark Skies 6. A Blind Beginning 7. Fresh Eyes 9. Believable Fiction Great solos on tracks 1, 2, 6, 7, if that's what you're looking for! EDIT: and if you're into short clean-guitar etudes, like those you find on a great many metal albums, track 5, Midnight Meditation, might float your boat.
