Vote your favorite, and feel free to list your favorite/s if not in the poll. 1974 was a really good year.
My vote goes to Eloy, as it's one of my favorite albums of all time. Judas Priest, Scorpions, Deep Purple (Burn), and Rush are favorites of mine as well though.

Could have been Queen II or the Wishbone Ash album (which is my favorite from them), but Sheer Heart Attack gets my vote.

Camel would have easily got my vote, had it been in the poll. |

So many great albums there...Deep Purple, Rush, Aerosmith, Budgie and Wishbone Ash. My vote goes to King Crimson for Red though.
Also that year, not on the list, my fav Zappa album - One Size Fits All, my fav Man album - Rhinos, Winos and Lunatics, the debut from RPI legends Biglietto Per L'Inferno, Yes - Relayer, Genesis - Lamb Lies Down...so many more I could list.

A rare 70's year where I've heard more than one or two albums. Just one on the list though: Rocka Rolla.
I've also heard: Rick Wakeman - Journey to the Centre of the Earth Tangerine Dream - Phaedra
