   Mindflair are a Grindcore band from Kaiserslautern, Germany. They've been making Grindcore since the mid 90's, but the most recent album Scourge Of Mankind is arguably the best album they've done.

Violent Headache are an oldschool Grindcore band from Spain, formed in 1988. They straddle the line between Hardcore and Grindcore like many bands in similar vein.

	Tough call but I'll have to go with Mindflair, I really like both of these bands though, both have been putting out good releases for so long. I'm surpirsed neither of these bands were here yet.
