Both are great albums, but Number Of The Beast is way out in front, imo.
Wheels Of Steel is only a Neighbor Of The Beast

Both are classics, but it's Saxon for me. The Number of the Beast has some filler, while Wheels of Steel is a fantastic ride all the way through.
