Both of these bands are frowned upon for bein "mainstream".  Which of them do you prefer?

I'm currently going through COF's discography, but I haven't listened to Dimmu Borgir's.  I won't vote until I've gone through both of theirs.

Cradle of Filth for me. Dani is a genius IMO, and the Cradle has pumped out some spectacular albums. I even greatly enjoy their most commercial-sounding efforts (their newest in particular).

Dimmu.  There's something about Cradle of Filth's style that turns me off from them.

They both get a resounding meh from me, though Dimmu was actually black metal at one point, instead of turning into blackened pop, so I voted for them. I actually saw them too, and they didn't put on a bad show at all.
Lost respect for these archives when I saw Creed added, among other bands. Not going to be foruming here anymore. You can keep my reviews if you want.

I haven't listened to either of them for years.  I used to have albums from both of them, but they never really stuck with me.  I think of the two, I prefer Cradle of Filth.
