Order is slightly  inaccurate, although the first 30 spots or so are definitley in order. Mainly Metal and Prog Rock, but a little bit of other stuff too.

Ive tried making lists like that in the past, but Ive come to a point where its impossible to keep a hold of all the music I have listened to through the years. I have favorite artists, but I dont necessarily think each and every one of their releases are among my favorite albums.

I have a list like that in the link in my sig below, but I agree with UMUR - it's HARD to pick out of all the multitudes of artists I love and leave some behind, and it's even HARDER to order things.  In the end, the order I went with was according to how often I listen to that artist.

This is a pretty accurate one for me at the minute:

1. Jethro Tull Thick As A Brick
2. Tool 10,000 Days
3. Mastodon Crack The Skye
4. Rishloo Feathergun
5. Pantera Reinventing The Steel
6. Pink Floyd Animals
7. Bring Me The Horizon There Is A Hell Believe Me Ive Seen It
8. Gentle Giant The Power And The Glory
9. Marilyn Manson Holywood In The Valley Of The Shadow Of Death
10. Gensesis The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway

I'm thinking about making a list like this on RYM at some point. When I'm not sure, it may never get done even, but I am thinking about it.

This. It's even hard to make a list of only one artist.
