Yeah, it's likely gonna be either a late PS5 or early PS6 game, I'd think. May even ended up being cross gen, and if that's the case, the PS5 version could be a total debacle, like Cyberpunk was on PS4. Hopefully tha tisn't the case, though, and they learnt heir lesson this time, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Still haven't played Cyberpunk.
I was put off when early reports since its PC performance was terrible. The spec also claims it requires a SSD and not a traditional hard disk. Even on minimum spec for newer games that's what's pulling my current rig up short and I'm pretty sure it's the reason I'm struggling even with Horizon Zero Dawn because I can run that at 60+ FPS on 'original' graphics and even turning them up without a big hit; it's just the loading times in a seamless open world doing me in. I've just completed it recently all the same, but I won't be getting the sequel until such a point that I can afford a new system. Pretty much anything new and AAA is off the table for me for the time being. I have plenty of unplayed games on Steam though I can enjoy in the meantime. Hoping my eight year old rig doesn't die a death in the meantime. I've looked after it well, but you never know when an expensive component is going to go. It's already on its third hard drive and second GPU (first isn't dead just upgraded but also well out of date). If something goes now it's really not worth repairing. The thing is this PC has served me well for gaming so long because I was able to future-proof its spec for a good few years. This is not the same rig I had when The Witcher 3 first came out, but it improved my performance of that game a lot. I don't really want to have to get a new one until either The Witcher 4 or Elder Scrolls 6 is imminent because that will give me a better idea for required spec.
