Hi MetalMusicArchives. I am trying to login to the database and I am absolutely sure my password was correctly typed in, but it will not log me in. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem?

All it says is that my username and/or password are invalid, when they clearly are not.

That's strange, the only thing I could think of working is requesting a new password. If not, you could try messaging one of the admins to see if they could help.

This actually happened to me a few weeks ago, right when I was about to do band profile work! What I ended up having to do, was request a new password, and then when I used the password for the first time, I actually had to use it to get into the database: When I tried using for the forums first, I was able to get on the forums no problem, as always, but for some reason I could never get either the new password or the one I eventually changed it back to working on the database. So yeah, request a password, use it to enter the database first, and then you should be fine. If not, pm one of the admins for help.
