Wow!
Thats awesome, I've always wondered the same as well. 
But the obvious ones I think of are Arabic/Middle Eastern "Upper" part of Africa, where ALOT of Metal
is growing (Thanks I'm sure to "Acrassicauda" from the Documentary "Heavy Metal in Baghdad").
I'm looking forward to checking out the Links! Big smile
